Yin gave an overview of BFSU's distinctive character as an institution and its overall work in talent cultivation, focusing on Arabic language education and on what the two sides have achieved in China-Tunisia people-to-people exchange.
She said BFSU has long given priority to the development of Arabic studies, and it has signed memoranda of understanding with institutions including the University of Tunis and the University of Carthage. She expressed hope that BFSU would build links with a wider range of Tunisian education and research institutions and pursue practical cooperation in talent cultivation, academic research and youth exchange, bringing China-Tunisia people-to-people exchange to a new level.
Elarbi spoke highly of BFSU's achievements in talent cultivation and praised its contribution to educational and cultural exchange between China and the rest of the world. He said he hoped the two countries would further deepen exchanges and cooperation in education and culture, translate more plans into concrete results, and continue to enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples.
