Zhou Jingxiao, secretary of the CPC Beijing Returned Overseas Chinese Federation, visited Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) on Jan 29 for discussions with Jia Wenjian, BFSU's president and a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Beijing Returned Overseas Chinese Federation Committee.
