Being accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century. Our vision is to turn the challenges into new opportunities, so as to open up a new space to develop.

Based on this, we put forward that BFSU is in Beijing, and should serve Beijing and China, and develop Beijing into an international exchange center. Secondly, as a Chinese university, BFSU should implement our national strategies. Also, as an institute providing talents for the world, BFSU should promote the building of a human community with a shared future, thereby making contributions for the world.

We should establish our intelligent cloud platform. It should be an infinite and comprehensive platform that can not only enable anyone no matter where he or she is to learn any language in any way, but also integrate language service, language education, language protection, language research, and language test. It can lengthen our chain of education and cultivate talents for our society.

After that, we should be able to open up the chain of selection, training, employment, research, service and supervision, and then build a better and more complete system of language service. It’s an important contribution to our country and the world.
