BFSU is willing to collaborate with Turkmen universities and expand cooperation in various areas such as artificial intelligence, internet technology, scientific research and the establishment of language and cultural centers, Yang said in his speech.

In the context of deepening China-Turkmenistan relations, both countries should actively explore new methods and venture into new areas of cooperation, especially in the field of talent development.

The practical exploration and interactions between BFSU and Magtymguly Turkmen State University will be valuable in promoting educational cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and Turkmenistan and contribute to the mutual learning of Chinese and Central Asian civilizations, according to Yang.

Dai Guiju, dean of the School of Russian at BFSU, shared the measures and assessment of China’s protection of children’s health in the 21st century.

Dai elaborated on China's policies and achievements in child healthcare, underscoring that the country is increasingly becoming a global model in terms of its healthcare experience and is dedicated to supporting the development of the health sector in countries worldwide.
